Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email lamaisonreverie@icloud.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
